Our Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly refund you. Please make sure you return your goods within 30 days of purchase. We do ask for all returning items to be in the original packaging and unworn. Please leave all hygiene strips on the costumes with all tags intact. These must be clean and free of odours. Please make sure you try costumes on wearing underwear.

When returning your item, please include a copy of your invoice with a brief description that you would either like a refund or exchange an item for an alternative size, style or item (same value).

If item is faulty please return stating the fault. We will endeavour to substitute faulty goods with the same or similar items, value or total refund.

Please note- Return costs are to be paid by the customer, unless previously agreed by Rapid Swimshop. We would ask all customers to retain proof of postage.

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Festive Returns Policy

We at Rapid Swimshop love Christmas have an extended period to return your goods! For any items brought between 10th November to 31st December, you will have until the 31st January to return.

Lucky Dip Returns Policy
If you wish to return costumes that are part of a lucky dip offer, both costumes must be returned. It is not possible for us to return one.
